Sensis Yellow Pages Roadshow 2010

EMG was to create an Awards Gala Dinner Roadshow with an event in each of the five states where the Sensis main offices are located. These destinations called for EMG to stage this event in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, each time catering to the different guest numbers, venues and length in the award ceremony.

The purpose of this Event was to reward staff for their efforts during the year as well as recognise the annual incentive trip winners. This event called for a theme and feature entertainment to tie in with the upcoming incentive trip destination.

The main challenge to overcome, and the reason Sensis engages the assistance of EMG each year to stage these events, is the requirement to travel as a Roadshow with full production crew including AV and Lighting, travelling entertainment and theming elements.

All this is then required to deliver a flawless, high energy performance and Award Ceremony Gala Dinner in each of the 5 different destinations within a three week period.

The Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner with a specialised entertainment feature show was created in conjunction with Jet, the principle choreographer of "So you think you can Dance". As the destination of the upcoming incentive trip was Argentina the venue was themed in deep reds combined with black, velvet drapes, and bouquets of red roses in the centre of each table. All of this was dramatically lit by EMG's specialised lighting crew. The feature performance was a beautifully choreographed, 15 minute in length, Tango Show illustrating the story of a love triangle between Marianna and her two loves.

A fabulous night was had by all!
