The 84th floor of the Eureka Tower in Melbourne was the venue for this one off exclusive event held months before the venue was open to the public.
EMG transformed a raw building shell with no service or facilities into an elegant five-star dining experience. Guests were treated to a wonderful six-course menu created exclusively for the evening by renowned chef Ray Capaldi of Fenix Restaurant and Shannon Bennett of Vue de Monde. International performers from the current season of Porgy and Bess wowed the audience with an impromptu performance.
