The celebratory gala dinner involved all parties with an interest in the National Grid Basslink project along with invited VIP guests and dignitaries from around the world.
The event was to have an exceptional Victorian and Tasmanian food and wine theme. Daniel Alps, renowned Tasmania chef, created a spectacular four course dinner combining the best fare available from both regions. This was coupled with some of the finest young entertainers Australia had to offer.
The event was a resounding success and enjoyed by all who attended.
