G-Force 2010 Melbourne

August 2010 saw Crown Melbourne play host to G-Force 2010, the industry's premier event for Contact Centre Professionals. Over 800 delegates and 30 exhibitor and sponsoring organizations participated in the annual Genesys' Asia-Pacific event, which took place from 17-19th August at Crown Palladium.

Utilizing new technologies within the Conference environment and featuring an impressive arrangement of international speakers, EMG worked with Genesys to create one of the highest rated G-Force events globally, to date.

The Conference Gala Dinner was another standout success which saw the Exhibition and Plenary Hall transformed into 'Rio Carnival' for the night - a logistical accomplishment in itself! Featuring Brian Nankervis as MC, guests participated in the creation of the very first G-Force 'Zumba' YouTube Ad. Guests were also entertained by Brazilian drummers and dancers and left enthralled by Ray Crowe, the 'Unusualist'. The evening was topped off in spectacular style with the very brilliant 'Chong Lim Orchestra' and a rare performance by both David Campbell and Jimmy Barnes… Most definitely, a night to remember!
