Online registration payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking. Amex and Diners are not accepted for registration fee payment. All fees are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. A separate registration form is required for each delegate.

2. Students must be enrolled full time in a course in renewable energy or similar and are required to confirm Student ID numbers on the registration form

Delegate Entry

• All registration fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of the conference. Delegates will be issued with a conference name badge which must be worn at all times to allow entry to the conference sessions and social functions.
• Registrations are non transferable in any capacity and only registered delegates will be admitted to the conference area.

Registration Acknowledgement

• You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking and a Tax Invoice will follow within 10 working days.

Alterations

• Alterations to your registration must be sent in writing to atraa@emgevents.com.au

Cancellation Policy

• Provided the total fee has been paid, substitution at no extra charge can be made up to 14 days prior to event commencement - Wednesday 15 July 2009. Substitutions made after Wednesday 15 July 2009 will incur a 15% administration fee.
• All cancellations prior to Wednesday 15 July 2009 will carry a $300.00 administration fee. Cancellation must be received in writing to the registrations and accommodation manager, EMG. Cancellations after Wednesday 15 July 2009 will incur the full conference fee and are non refundable. Non payment or non attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation Conditions

• The Event Management Group has been able to secure accommodation rates at three hotels.
• Reservations must be made by Monday 29 June 2009. After this date room availability and room rates cannot be guaranteed. Rates are room only and do not include breakfast. Rooms are allocated in order of receipt of bookings.

Arrival Time

Check in time is 2:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival.

Accommodation Guarantee

To secure your reservation a credit card guarantee is required. Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners are accepted for room guarantees. Please enter your credit card details into the accommodation deposit section on the online form. This will be passed onto the hotel to secure your booking. The hotel may deduct a payment of one nights accommodation from your credit card or you may be charged full payment at the time of check-out. Hotels may charge credit card fees.

Accommodation Cancellations

Accommodation cancellations made between 0-29 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at the full expected income. Dates may be moved provided the same amount of room nights are booked or/ a substitute may be provided.

Conference Payment Details

• Payment by credit card is mandatory for registrations online. Please click here if you wish to be returned to the PDF registration form for payments made by cheque or EFT.
• All transactions will appear as a payment to the Event Management Group. Any investigations to confirm these details to your bank or accounts departments will incur a fee.

* Accommodation deposits will not be charged by the Event Management Group but passed onto the hotel who may or may not charge one nights deposit prior to arrival.
